Relaxation Hot Stone Massage

A whole body deep tissue massage, with the added benefit of Traditional Chinese Cupping.

Cupping and DeepTissue Massage

This is a whole body, deep tissue massage to relieve muscle tension, improve flexibility and enhance recovery. You can request areas of specific focus depending on your needs. Please do specify level of intensity that you require for this session to be of maximal benefit to you.

Sports Massage

A full body massage involving shiatsu, acupressure and stretching.

Destress Thai Massage

A comprehensive analysis including biomechanical and movement screening, running video analysis (barefoot & trainers) and follow up session to implement recommendations. Analysis includes 2 separate appointments plus all the video analysis, reports and personalised run form correction & strength programs. Bring run trainers and wear fitted training gear (different colour top to shorts).
Approximately 1/3rd of the total cost can be claimed on Medical Aid.

Run Analysis

All sports injuries, back & neck injuries, post-operative rehab and general physiotherapy. Costs vary depending on the treatment. Costs approximately within 10-15% Medical Aid rates. Payment is required after each session, card or cash accepted.

Physiotherapy

This involves a land-based session to assess the flexibility, strength and control required in swimming.  It will highlight areas of concern to facilitate injury prevention and improved performance. Videos and a personalised flexibility and strength program will be provided
This does not include technique analysis in the pool. This session can be claimed from Medical Aid.
