A comprehensive analysis including biomechanical and movement screening, running video analysis (barefoot & trainers) and follow up session to implement recommendations. Analysis includes 2 separate appointments plus all the video analysis, reports and personalised run form correction & strength programs. Bring run trainers and wear fitted training gear (different colour top to shorts).

This involves a land-based session to assess the flexibility, strength and control required in swimming. It will highlight areas of concern to facilitate injury prevention and improved performance. Videos and a personalised flexibility and strength program will be provided
